Property was fully wheelchair accessible and the disabled suite had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was big, as was the bathroom, so there was plenty of space to wheel about and do any transfers. A shower stool was also provided and there are grab rails by the toilet and sink. There is a ramp from the front door to reception and two lifts to take you to the room. The only issue was that cups/plates etc were stored in high cupboards but reception was open 24-7 and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast too and all at a very reasonable price. The hotel is located quite far out from the main city and sights but is well serviced by accessible transport to La Defence and a fully accessible tram into Porte de Versailles. The local area is also really nice with lots of cafes and shops/supermarkets and is in close proximity to the Bois de Bologne. Very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing room, loved the design and the functionality - enough to get one or two people through a few nights. The room was quiet until my neighbour moved in the next day and I could hear his coffee machine and the shower through the wall. One major thing I loved about this room was the extra door that allows you to close off the corridor and sleep tight with no disruption. The staff at reception is there 24/7, very helpful and let us store our bags in secure lockers until our check-in time at 3pm. In case you're stuck for food at night, there's a fridge at reception you can buy some drinks and snacks from, e.g. rice with milk, youghurts, rice etc. The location is not ideal, you do have to take a bus to get to the nearest metro station, so I advise to buy the 3- or 5-day Tourist pass Zones 1-3 and travel as much as needed. Check out buses 93, 144 and 175 that bring you to metro lines 1 and 10.

Amazing place to stop, I live in the UK and work for a French rail company . When I visit the Paris office this is a great place to stop. Firstly the staff are VERY welcoming , they explain everything you need to know . All staff speak English. The apartment is very clean , all the bedding and towels are very nice . The main room is spacious with a very comfy bed. The built in kitchen area is very well stocked with full size fridge, freezer , cooker and dishwasher . You can cook full meals . If you require additional kitchen items the aprthotel have am area down stairs where you can borrow them. Very quiet place to stop , very restful sleep. Nothing is too much for the staff , they contacted a taxi for me to go back to the airport. Will be stopping again when I next go over for work and play.

It was 30+C when we went and the air-conditioning is very welcome. The location is fine as long as you aren't expecting to walk out the front door and into a bustling area, it's quiet but I liked that. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby and a couple of mini-supermarkets. There is a very nice boulangerie near the tram stop (Belvédère). For anyone who isn't familiar with travelling in Paris, you can easily get to this hotel from the Gard du Nord by getting an M4 metro to Châtelet and then change line to M1 heading for La Defense. Exit at La Defense and get a T2 tram to Belvédère. Whole trip is about 45mins and not complicated.

Everything’s in a very good shape, renovated and well thought through. The neighborhood itself is very nice with grocery stores, cafes and quiet streets. You can walk to the island of Puteaux or to the Boris de Boulogne very easily. An extra thank you goes to the staff, who were extremely helpful and responsible. The internet connection is amazing, especially compared to some other places in Paris.
